Bikes,cars and hair, oh my!

 You know, it's always run, run, run or lay on the couch and veg around here. And y'all know which one I prefer!  And you can guess which one I've been doing! And the first day of my beloved proof of womanhood, no less. I wonder sometimes if men and children know how seriously much they underestimate the power of PMS!

Anyway... yesterday we finally took Tristyn to get his birthday bike. Yes, I know his birthday was April 1, but we've been deciding or procrastinating or whatever. So anyway, in typical T and G fashion we take our only grandchild to wally at 10:pm to get the much anticipated bike, with big boy training wheels! We go in,he runs to the hot wheels and totally refuses to look at the bikes, until I drag him screaming and kicking to the damn bikes. He tries the Speed Racer Bike, hates it, it's too stiff and he can't pedal it. He tries the Hot Wheels bike and hates it, for unknown reasons, He tries the taxi yellow bike and it's too tall and then he tries the RED RACER. It's just right, but he still can't pedal it! We put it in the cart at 11:44 pm and start the rest of our shopping. The bike is in the back of the shopping cart facing back with the front wheel hanging outside the cart and Tristyn riding the bike. All the way through the store,yes, the fun never stops here!!!  We finally get the many,many, many completely unnecessary things in the car and come home. I have T stop on the side of the circle and pull the bike, who has been named Harry and is now our BEST FRIEND!, out and the sweet boy out and tell him he can ride the remaining 25 yards home. And that was a great idea in theory, but the boy CAN NOT pedal the bike. It's the weirdest thing, he can't get the pedal over and I have no clue how to fix this little problem!!!!  Suggestions??? Please???!!!

Anyway, we were out bright and early to spread the joy of our NEW BEST FRIEND! So here are the wee ones and HARRY. (who they ALL talked to, all day)

Then it was off for chinese(just average) and then to get our hair cut. Erin's is short again and so cute like this, but not blond(yet)
