4th on the 5th

We're so lucky to have great neighbors!!! When we moved here 4 years ago, no one was very happy. We live in  the inner city and everyone was worried about the "neighborhood". But I was'nt. I came here on a Sunday and looked at the house and I KNEW this was my next home. The neighborhood was quiet, there were no big dramas going on and even though we are 1 block from a major highway, it was like being in the country (possibly due to the overgrown condition of MY yard<G>). (still is!) But we never could have anticipated the neighbors themselves. They are the nicest, most welcoming bunch ever!  Every month or so we have a little get together, either in the circle ( we live on a cul de sac) or we go out to dinner. It's a nice way to keep in touch and keep track of what's going on. We all try to help whoever needs it and see to it that the neighborhood looks and FEELS good. It's a nice way to live. Anyway, share our 4th!
